Halal Certification Process
We certify only meats that are hand processed by a muslim mentioning Tasmiyah at the time of slaughter on each animal/ bird (making a horizontal cut, vertical cut is not acceptable as Halal. Also, the animal/bird should be alive before slaughter). Animal/bird slaughtered in any other way are not considered Halal for consumption.
It is a duty of Muslims to be truthful in all matters of deen. Eating Halal as prescribed in Qur’an and Sunnah of the Prophet (salallahu alaihi wasallam) and as a supplier or a seller of meat one should be very truthful about the meat and any product that is being sold.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah that Rasulullah (Sallalahu Alaihi Wasallam) has said, “A true Muslims is he from whom other Muslims are safe from his hands and speech. And a true believer is he from whom other people’s lives and wealth are in safety.
